Refund & Return Policy

At Mithra Sri Foods, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our meals. Please read our policy regarding refunds and returns below.

1. Order Cancellation

Standard orders can be cancelled before the kitchen begins preparation. Once an order's status changes to "Preparing", cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are initiated only in cases of:

• Spilled/Damaged packaging during transit.
• Incorrect items delivered.
• Significant delivery delays (over 90 minutes).

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
