Cancellation Policy

Learn how cancellations work for individual food orders and monthly/weekly meal plans.

1. Individual Orders

You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn't entered the cooking phase. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button on the tracker screen or call our helpline.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions cannot be fully cancelled or refunded once active, but you can pause them indefinitely or skip specific delivery days to extend your subscription balance duration.

3. Festival Special Pre-Orders & Packs

Festival items, gift boxes, and festive packs are prepared exclusively against advance slot bookings with perishable festive ingredients. Therefore, Festival Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once booked, and all booking payments (including 50% advance booking amounts and full payments) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
