Learn how cancellations work for individual food orders and monthly/weekly meal plans.
1. Individual Orders
You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn't entered the cooking phase. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button on the tracker screen or call our helpline.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions cannot be fully cancelled or refunded once active, but you can pause them indefinitely or skip specific delivery days to extend your subscription balance duration.
